With the objective of facilitating the enjoyment of rental housing, some communities have already opened places for young people to apply for the rental voucher.
What is the rental voucher?
It is an aid of 250 euros per month, proposed by the State, which can be enjoyed for a maximum period of 2 years, to pay the rent of a house. 
Who can apply for it?
All individuals between 18 and 35 years of age, who have a rental contract for a house or room and have a working income of less than 23,725 euros per year, can apply for the voucher.
What are the limits of the monthly rent of the dwelling?
- Up to 300 euros per month for those who rent a room. 
- Up to 600 euros per month for those who rent a house.
Where can I apply?
The application will be submitted through the appropriate agencies of each autonomous community, preferably telematically by means of an electronic form.
In which communities can I apply?
In the Valencian Community the deadline is October 31, 2022, but there are Communities where there is still time to apply for the rental voucher for young people:
- In Asturias young people can apply for the rental voucher for young people until December 31, 2023.
- In Castilla-La Mancha they can apply until May 2, 2023.
- In Murcia young people can apply for the voucher until May 30, 2023.
- In Extremadura it can be applied for until July 15, 2023.
- In Madrid the deadline is still open indefinitely until the end of the credit.
